Custom woven patches are created by weaving thin, fine threads together continuously on a loom. Unlike embroidered patches where threads are stitched onto a background fabric, woven patches build both the graphic artwork and background weave simultaneously.
This micro-weave technique uses significantly thinner threads, enabling ultra-fine lettering, sharp artwork angles, and detailed line work that embroidery threads cannot achieve.
